THE SAIL — Business Center, Almaty

Project Description

The Sail is a modern business center located in Almaty, designed to create a strong architectural presence within the urban context. The project focuses on contemporary form, clean geometry, and a recognizable silhouette that enhances the city skyline.

The design combines functional office layouts with expressive architectural massing, aiming to create both efficiency and visual identity in a commercial environment.

My Role & Responsibilities

 1. Developed 3D architectural models of the building.

 2. Created exterior renderings for presentation purposes.

 3. Assisted in massing and volumetric development.

 4. Supported facade design exploration.

 5. Produced visualization materials for client approval.
