PRIME PARK — High-Rise Residential Building, Bishkek

Project Description

Prime Park is a landmark high-rise residential project and one of the first attempts to introduce skyscraper-scale living in Bishkek. The concept aimed to redefine the city skyline through vertical architecture, modern residential typologies, and efficient spatial organization.

The project explored the transition from traditional mid-rise housing to high-density vertical living, integrating panoramic views, optimized floor layouts, and a strong architectural identity. Emphasis was placed on massing studies, facade development, and the relationship between the building and its urban surroundings.

My Role & Responsibilities

 1. Created detailed 3D models of the high-rise building.

 2. Developed architectural visualizations and renderings.

 3. Worked on conceptual massing and facade studies.

 4. Assisted in design development of residential layouts.

 5. Produced presentation materials for client review.

 6. Supported coordination between design intent and visualization outputs.
