LOBOCHEVSKYI My first BIM project, (revit)

LOBACHEVSKY — Residential Complex, Moscow (BIM Project)

Project Description

Lobachevsky is a large-scale residential complex in Moscow and my first fully developed BIM-based project. The project included complete architectural and engineering coordination within a fully integrated BIM environment.

This project involved a high level of complexity, both in terms of building scale and interdisciplinary coordination. I was responsible not only for modeling, but also for the development of detailed architectural documentation for the entire building. The project required precise coordination between architectural, structural, and engineering systems, including MEP, fire protection, and civil engineering.

Working on this project provided extensive experience in BIM workflows and international collaboration with highly qualified engineers from Europe and Asia.

My Role & Responsibilities

 1. Developed full architectural BIM model of the entire building.

 2. Performed detailed architectural design development for all building sections.

 3. Created complete sets of architectural drawings for construction documentation.

 4. Coordinated architectural model with engineering disciplines (MEP, structural, fire safety).

 5. Participated in BIM coordination and clash detection processes.

 6. Supported development of final coordinated BIM deliverables.

Software Used

 • Autodesk Revit (primary BIM authoring tool)

 • Autodesk Navisworks (coordination & clash detection)

• Bluebeam Revu (documentation review and coordination)

 • AutoCAD

 • 3ds Max

 • Adobe Photoshop
