Project Description

Nova City is a residential development designed with a strong focus on affordability, efficiency, and functional urban living. The project aimed to create a balanced residential environment that combines cost-effective design solutions with comfortable living conditions and cultural adaptability.

The architectural concept prioritized rational planning, optimized unit layouts, and efficient use of space. The project also considered social aspects of residential living, ensuring accessibility and livability for a wide range of residents.

My Role & Responsibilities

 1. Developed 3D models of residential buildings and site layout.

 2. Created architectural visualizations for design presentation.

 3. Assisted in optimizing apartment layouts for efficiency.

 4. Supported conceptual planning and spatial organization.

 5. Produced renderings for internal design review.

 6. Contributed to design development discussions.
