Project Description

Discovery is a residential project focused on improving the quality of apartment layouts and internal spatial organization. The main goal of the project was to achieve a high level of functional efficiency while maintaining an economical and practical design approach.

A significant part of the design process was dedicated to studying different layout options, circulation patterns, and spatial relationships between residential units. The project emphasized usability, comfort, and rational use of space.

My Role & Responsibilities

 1. Developed multiple 3D layout variations.

 2. Participated in planning optimization studies.

 3. Created visualizations for layout comparison.

 4. Assisted in functional zoning of residential units.

 5. Supported design iteration process with modeling.

 6. Prepared presentation materials for internal discussions.
